Introduction

At Dexunario Servicios Editoriales S.A.S. ("Dexunario", "we" or "the portal") we respect the privacy of those who visit dexunario.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and safeguard personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the regulations issued by the Public Information Access Agency (AAIP).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling out the contact form: name, email address and the message you choose to send us. Additionally, our web servers automatically log basic technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit) for aggregated statistical purposes only.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to reply to inquiries, send the educational materials you request, keep an auditable communications log and improve the quality of the portal. We do not commercialize, sell or transfer personal data to third parties.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the express and informed consent you provide when submitting the form, in accordance with Section 5 of Argentine Law No. 25,326, and on Dexunario's legitimate interest to operate its editorial activity.

5. Data retention

Form data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last effective contact and then deleted or anonymized. Navigation analytics data is stored in aggregate form for up to 14 months, following the Google Analytics 4 recommendations.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which means that analytics and advertising cookies remain denied until you give your explicit consent through the banner. Please check the Cookie Policy for details about each category and how to change your choice.

7. Rights of data subjects

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition recognized by Argentine regulations, by writing to contacto@dexunario.com and including a copy of your ID. You also have the right to file complaints before the Public Information Access Agency (Av. Pte. Gral. Julió A. Roca 710, floor 2, CABA).

8. Security measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including transport encryption (TLS 1.3), role-based access control and periodic security reviews performed by ISO 27001 certified providers.

9. Minors

The portal is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not intentionally request or process personal data from minors. If you detect an accidental submission, please notify us so we can proceed to delete it.

10. Changes

This Policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to the portal. The last update date appears at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
